Product Market Fit for AI Conversation Facilitator

Hacker News - Thu, 10/24/2024 - 1:29pm

We are developing an original language model that improves people’s satisfaction and engagement from chatting with others. Our model excels at warming conversations between strangers and keeping them warm by guiding/generating any user text to be context-relevant, mutually relatable, and cordial. In addition, it would offload any work in starting and maintaining conversation that people feel pressured to do.

We are testing product market fit for various use cases and where to first integrate it. There are 2 overarching use cases we can fulfill: 1. Facilitating conversation and breaking ice between consumers who want to meet new people and build meaningful relationships 2. Improving communication capabilities for businesses to enhance various business operations like sales, support, etc. We plan to initially integrate our technology as extensions for various communication tools to enable either use case.

Hence, I have created 2 surveys that target 2 types of businesses: 1. Businesses that help consumers build meaningful relationships with eachother: https://forms.gle/ZJULnJXEgmgmZ89M9 2. Businesses that need communication support for various operations they have: https://forms.gle/BbgQdLJpcCddAUne7

If your business fits into one of these categories, I’d really really appreciate it if you could fill out the appropriate survey for your business. Please also feel free to comment additional suggestions for where I can leverage my technology.

Thanks!

Show HN: Gw – lightweight GitOps tool that runs anywhere

Hacker News - Thu, 10/24/2024 - 1:28pm

Hey HN,

I built `gw`, a minimal, open-source GitOps tool written entirely in Rust. I'm a big fan of pull-based continuous deployments — just push code and let the deployment update automatically (like ArgoCD or Netlify). However these tools often lock you into heavy cloud or Kubernetes-based solutions. I wanted to make a simple binary that you can download and run on anything: from a cheap VM or Raspberry Pi to servers behind NAT or VPN. It regularly pulls from a repository, runs custom scripts or restarts a process whenever changes are detected.

I'd love your feedback and suggestions. Thanks for checking it out!
