I built an AI sleep therapist that uses a variety of techniques in CBT for insomnia to help users work through their sleep struggles. It takes the form of weekly sessions with the conversational AI (~15-20 mins per session).

Instead of relying on AI to generate the content, I worked with sleep psychologists and wrote 50+ pages of content/prompts. So both the flow and content (even the exact wording) of the 'sessions' are written and designed by humans. AI is used to make sure the experience is collaborative, interactive, and personalized to each person to the highest degree.

The JFK Files, some of which were just released today, are thousands of text-based PDF files. They seem like a really good match for the capabilities of current LLMs.
