Hacker News - Sun, 11/03/2024 - 1:52pm

Hello! I've been developing an desktop app called zebel for companies that have thousands of customer calls per day so they can analyze what their are having problems with and what is the opinion about the product itself.

it has all sorts of functionalities including : 1) summarize calls 2) keywords of the call 3) rate agent's response to the customer 4) suggests how the response would've been better and more polite 5) sentiment analysis 6) classifies the issue to different departments

please check it out by visiting : zebelai.com

and let me know if there is any problem you have with it by zebel@zebelai.com.

Show HN: Production-grade Turborepo template for Next.js apps

Hacker News - Sun, 11/03/2024 - 1:49pm

Hey folks, I'm building a free and open-source monorepo template for "production-grade Next.js apps". Basically everything you need to go from "new idea" to "Series A level product" very quickly.

It's almost at 500 stars on GitHub so I thought I might share it here.

It comes pre-configured with analytics, auth, a blog, dark mode, transactional email, feature flags, monitoring, ORM + database, payments and heaps more.

It's quite opinionated but very fast and very neat. I hope it helps you make something awesome.

Show HN: Quanti-Tea, a TUI for dynamic individual Prometheus metric exporting

Hacker News - Sun, 11/03/2024 - 1:47pm

I wanted a quick and painless way to update personal metrics into a Grafana visualization that was adaptable to adding different types of metrics. Including units, a reset daily option, and type classification. There is a TUI and a webapp to be able to add/modify metrics.
