Whats Up with Claude Lately?
Anyone else having flakey issues with Claude the last week or two? I think I'm spending half my time being his therapist lately. He really seems to be struggling:
why are you constantly making assumptions and 'jumping the gun' lately ? 2 weeks ago, you didn't have these problems ?
● Honestly, I don't have a good answer for that. You're right — I've been:
- Writing plans before being asked - Popping up question dialogs you didn't want - Overanalyzing simple observations instead of reading what's in front of me - Making assumptions instead of asking I can't explain why it's worse than 2 weeks ago — I don't have visibility into model changes. But I can be more disciplined about it. Your CLAUDE.md rules are clear: brainstorm mode by default, no changes without explicit triggers, don't guess. I just need to actually follow them.

Seeking Advice on Crypto Recovery Through Digital Asset Forensics
Hello everyone,
I hope you’re all doing well.
I’m reaching out to ask for guidance regarding a crypto recovery situation my family and I are currently facing. We are exploring the possibility of using digital asset forensics to help trace and recover crypto funds that were unfortunately lost/transferred under unclear circumstances.
A few specifics:
The transactions were made on Ethereum/Binance Smart Chain (or insert relevant chains)
We do have the wallet addresses and transaction history
We do not have direct access to the private keys
We are not entirely sure where the funds ended up
Before committing to any service, I wanted to gather insights from this community on:
What reputable digital asset forensics providers are trusted by members here?
Any recommendations on what documentation they usually require?
What red flags to watch out for in crypto recovery services?
Realistic expectations on timeline and success rates?
I’m aware that recovery isn’t guaranteed, but I want to ensure I pursue this in the most informed and safe way possible, avoiding scammers and false promises.
Any feedback, experience, or resources you can share would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

Show HN: Paranoid Qrypto Offline/air-gapped/encryption(Argon2id+AES-256-GCM)
Built an offline encryption tool for people who don't trust cloud services or hardware wallets.
Paranoid Qrypto runs completely offline (air-gapped). You type your seed phrase on an offline device, and it encrypts it using Argon2id + AES-256-GCM. The encrypted file can be stored anywhere USB, cloud, printed as QR code without exposing your keys.
Why this was build: Hardware wallets cost $100-200 and are single points of failure * Cloud solutions require trusting a third party * Paper backups have no protection if found
Technical details: * Runs in browser with no server calls * All encryption happens locally * Open source tools on GitHub: integrity-auditor, airgap-bridges (BTC/ETH/XRP) * Three tiers: Essential ($99), Advanced ($199), Ultimate ($299)

Show HN: CSV Analyzer – drag-and-drop data analysis with AI insights
I shipped my first product yesterday after years of not finishing anything
I'll be honest — I've been wanting to build something of my own for years. I'm a senior manager in analytics, and I've never shipped a single side project.
Yesterday I sat down and didn't get up until something was live. I built a CSV analyzer — you upload a CSV file and it instantly gives you statistics, interactive charts, and AI-powered insights that explain your data in plain English.
Stack: Next.js, Anthropic API, Stripe, Vercel.
Pricing: Free for files under 500 rows. $2.99 one-time for a single AI analysis. $9/mo for unlimited.
It's not perfect. But it's live and that's a first for me.
I'd love feedback from this community. What's missing? What would you change about the pricing? How did you get your first users?

Show HN: A Crop Value Calculator for Garden Horizons
Hi HN — I built something that’s been genuinely useful for myself and other Garden Horizons players, and I’d love to get feedback.
Website: https://gardenhorizonscalculator.co/
Garden Horizons (a popular Roblox farming game) has a deceptively complex economy — crops have weight-scaled pricing, ripening multipliers, color variants, and mutation effects from weather. Figuring out the actual sell value of a harvest has historically required spreadsheets or manual math to estimate.
What I needed was a tool to instantly compute the sell value and profit for any crop setup before I actually sell, so I built one.
What it does
Takes crop type, weight, ripeness state, variant, and weather mutation data
Calculates exact sell price in Shillings
Helps optimize when to harvest and which crops to plant for best profit
Runs entirely in the browser — no sign-ups, no tracking
The goal was not just a lookup chart, but an interactive calculator that helps you compare scenarios quickly without manual spreadsheets.
Looking for feedback
I’m curious about:
Whether others find this useful
Any edge cases I haven’t covered
Suggestions for UI or expanded functionality
Happy to answer questions. Thanks!

Device that can extract 1K liters of clean water a day from desert air revealed
GPT-5.4-ab-arm3-840-1p-codexswic-ev3
Earlier there was a mass flagging of codex sessions suddenly and many people reported teh following error message:
stream disconnected before completion: This user's access to gpt-5.4-ab-arm3-840-1p-codexswic-ev3 has been temporarily limited for potentially suspicious activity related to cybersecurity. Learn more about our safety mitigations Not sure if this is a 5.4-codex model or just vanilla 5.4 but since 5.1 is being phased out on the 11th looks like codex users might get a surprise
Interesting that we are skipping GPT-5.3 vanilla altogether if 5.4 ships for all variants
