I'm the builder of LEO, and this is not a packege or a service.

It's a engineering framework of the rules for Cursor or ClaudeCode, helping to build enorm AI Native projects, 300 000 + lines of code (I understand that is not the quality gate, but - zero TODO, cyclomatic complexity <= 10 (lizard), the project work). A cursorrules file with 44 rules plus 133 *.md files (roles, canons, protocols) that registred how to do an Enterprise project. However, I build solo an AI Nodes Constructor pipeline IDE like n8n for 3-4 month, and if you wont you can look some greps and tests of this project.

368 schema constrants, 77 row-level-security policies, 120+ alembic migrations, 3900+ tests, 10 200+ functions and more.

I play chess casually and usually struggle to figure out why Lichess analysis say my move is a blunder. Almost all the analysis tools will just suggest the best variant for a position, and you will have to follow the suggested engine lines, or play them out manually to analyze it better.

So I built this tool to make that process easier for beginner players. Behind the scene: This app run Stockfish in your browser, at a position, the app will follow the engine's suggested lines, search for any meaningful situation like a check, a fork, a capture, material change, positional disadvantages,... and point that out with an explanation.

I've had a few attempts on side projects throughout the years. Nothing seems to stick and now with AI it's as if everything is possible yet equates to 0 value. Can I get some feedback? What am I doing wrong? Is it just too late?

My actual public attempts so far: cluekangaroo.com - structured homework help with clues for middleschoolers and highschoolers (I use AI, but anonymize any personal data and encrypt it all)

drawesome.art - this is a personal love project because I love drawing esp with my kids and friends I can't of way to make it make money (I think the hosting would be kind of expensive)

Catchmemeow.com - my daily game I made for my daughters to help them get dogs/cats adopted.

therapscalliongame.com - a silly fantasy game.

I just feel having the little side project that makes a little money in this day and age is over now. Everything is AI. Kind of feeling hopeless this is just me shouting into the void I'm sure. I don't want to sound spammy just want candid feedback.
